- Having 27 years of experience in the Project Funding, Corporate Finance and Advisory Services.
- He is a Senior Partner in Jayant & Sadashiv, Chartered Accountants, rendering various services especially to corporates in the areas of Strategic Planning and Finance Consultancy, spanning from industries like Textiles to Telecommunications including infrastructure, I.T. and I.T. Enabled Services and Biotechnology.
- He had participated in Collaboration negotiations with Foreign Companies in countries like USA, Germany, Korea and Holland for setting up projects for manufactures of products like Textile intermediates, Cement, Rail Systems, Dredging, Packaging machinery, Medical & Pharma products etc. He has good insight in corporate strategic planning and has been advisor to various companies in implementing large projects and in expansion of existing projects.
- Presented Papers on various economic and financial market related issues.
- He has widely traveled to various Countries like USA, Europe, Japan, Asian Countries, including as a delegate member from A.P. to Botswana in Africa.
