THE DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
Iam quite happy to say that Vivek Vardhini Education Society has grown, in a matter of a few decades, into a sturdy oak branching off into 19 institutions providing education from K.G. to P.G. level and research levels. It has completed a century of glorious existence in the year 2007. Today it is alire and vigilant to the growing, yet changing needs of the aspiring student. What is more significant, over the years, Vivek Vardhini has come to symbolize a Confluence of diverse currents of national ethos and regional distinctiveness, of cultural renaissance and artistic creativity, of social service and political discourse, of mass awakening and elite brilliance.
The School of Business Management, Vivek Vardhini College had its inception in the year 2003. It offers a two – year full time programme of masters in Business Administration, affiliated to Osmania University and approved by the All india Council for Technical Education. The School has been set up with the aim of providing quality education par excellence in the field of Management with special emphasis towards the development of the Marathi Community of the state continuing on the golden path of its Alma mater the school of Business Management has grown by leaps and bounds in the years that followed , striving to provide Unmatched quality of education in the field of professional management thus making the lamp of enlightened knowledge keeping to shine for ever more brightly. It has really been a growth reinforced with consolidation and development tethered by moderation. The highly qualified staff who have created excellence through their time- tested teaching and guiding abilities have been instrumental in helping a sizeable number of students come up in life and adorn illustrious positions in the government and public life both in india and abroad. Our College had the state- of- the art infrastructural facilities. VIZ. specious classrooms, Air conditioned labs, world class Library Sports Seminar Hall etc., which are enriching the process of learning. Iam really proud to say that the college has attained greater heights only due to the unstinted support and encouragement from Management.
I would like to make a proud mention of their benevolence and broad outlook which has added a lot to the magnificent program mode by the MBA department over the last seven years of its inception. The guiding philosophy of the school, throughout has been “creation of knowledge” in the area of Business Management. The objectives of imparting education, combined with creation dissemination and application of knowledge, are being met in an integrated form, to create a synergic impact. The college stands tall on the foundation of an excellent, committed and deeply knowledgeable faculty, innovative and unique pedagogical tools and an eclectic and diverse student community that has a burning desire to make new paths of its own. Regular student and faculty interaction with the giants from the corporate world is helping us in grooming our students into good leaders and not just managers of the yester years. The strong net work of the alumni its ambassadors, spread all over the globe, holding leading positions in industry and academia alike, are a testimony to the school’s focus of nurturing individual actualization and the pursuit of excellence. We, at our business school, are always on the forefront in encouraging the students in all round development and become mavericks in their future pursuits. |
